Jiří Padrta, Marcel Duchamp

Thanks to Zdenek Primus, the issue's archive section contains a large portion of Marcel Duchamp's monograph, written by Jiří Padrta, which was to be published by Odeon in 1971. The recent discovery of the incomplete manuscript of this book (excerpts from the less than 30 missing introductory pages were published in Sešity pro literaturu a diskusi) is, after the recently published works of Jindřich Chalupecký, not only yet another valuable addition to Czech studies on Duchamp but also a major impetus for the comparison of both works.
