The study deals with a bishop's ring made of gilded silver, kept as part of the treasure of the St Vitus Cathedral. The author maintains that this is probably the ring which emperor Otto II gave to Vojtěch on his investiture in 983. Besides, she describes the story of this exceptional work which does not have closer analogies among well-known bishop's rings.
