Tři gotické obrazy ze sbírky Jindřicha Waldese

The text treats three Gothic paintings that are, at present, virtually unknown in the Czech Republic: The Beheading of a Saint, Christ on the Mount of Olives and the Descent of the Holy Spirit. The works used to be part of the collection of Jindřich Waldes and today are outside the country. Considering that they will be sold at auction, and that they are closely connected with Bohemian painting on wood in the first half of the 15th century, they should, according to the author, be acquired for the collection of the National Gallery in Prague.
