Trevisaniho modelletto pro litomyšlské Ukřižování

Francesco Trevisani's large painting "The Crucifixion with Our Lady of Sorrows, St Mary Magdalene and St John the Evangelist" from the Piarist church in Litomyšl was destroyed by fire in 1775. In the 18th century, this work was held as one of the artistic prototypes of the Crucifixion, and it also affected the contemporary art of sculpture. The article focuses on a hitherto unknown modelletto to this work, which can be found in the regional museum in Teplice.
