Jan Hofman - Pokus o portrét

Jan Hofman (1883-1945) ranked among important personalities of the Czech and Czechoslovak monument preservation. The study focuses on his life and his evolution as a professional; it pays more attention to Hofman's most important activities and publications. At the same time, it monitors his relationships with the other representatives of this field: architect Pavel Janák and art historians Zdeněk Wirth, Max Dvořák and Karel Chytil.
